Quick & Easy 5 Minute Everyday Makeup For Autumn/Fall

Don’t you just hate it when you wake up and before you’ve even had a sip of your morning coffee (insert your alternative morning beverage here), it dawns on you that you have less than 15 minutes to put yourself together and get your ass out of the house? I know I can’t be the only one. And seeing as there has been a change of season (farewell Summer…I shall miss thee), it’s only right that I do a makeup video and share with you what I’ve been wearing most days since the coming of autumn/fall but it’s also a really quick and easy look that you can put together in 5 minutes when a) you’re running late b) you’re just too damn lazy or c) a combination of the both. So if you want to check out my video featuring TWO Clinique Chubby Sticks (I told you that it’s quick and easy) that I picked up in Duty Free recently, then put your feet up and press play!

For those who want a transcript of the video, here you go.

Hi guys, in this video I show you you how to create my go to look for Autumn which is super quick and easy so If you want to see how I did it and what products I’ve used then keep on watching.

To even out my skin tone, I’m using Laura Mercier’s Oil Free Tinted Moisturiser and applying it using my damp beauty blender.
To fill in my brows I’m using an eyebrow pencil from Japanese brand Kate which I picked up in Malaysia. Then I use a spoolie just to brush through them for a more natural effect.
Finally to set them in place, I’m using Sephora’s clear mascara.
To prime my eyes, I’m using The BodyShop’s All In One Instablur for Eyes and just applying it all over the lid.
Then to add some warmth and definition to the eyes, I’m using Clinique’s Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes in the colour Fuller Fudge. As you can see, I’m just scribbling it onto the lids quite messily.
Then taking a blending brush, I’m blending away the edge of the shadow to make it look seamless.
Then I’m taking the same chubby stick and applying it along the outside half of my bottom lashline before using a smaller blending (I used the Zoeva 231 Petite Crease Brush) brush to blend it in.
To add some definition along my lash line, I’m using Maybellines’ Master Drama Kohl Liner in Brown, running it along the top lash line from the outside corner into around about the middle and also running it on just the outside corner of the bottom lash line.
Then taking a pencil brush, here I’m using the Mac 219, I’m blending out the kohl liner in to soften the line.
To open up the eyes, I like to give my lashes a good curl with my Shu Uemura Eyelash Curlers.
To add volume, length and defintion to my lashes, I’m using a new mascara and this one is the Loreal Faux Cils Papillpon Waterproof Mascara (I don’t think this is available in the UK). I apply two coats to the top lashes and one coat to the bottom lashes.
Then to finish off in the lash department, I’m using Barry M’s Bold Black Liner to tight line my water line.
To conceal my under eyes, I’m using Marc Jacobs Beauty Remedy Concealer Pen in the shade 04 Late Show . This has a bit of a peachy tint to it which makes it great for counteracting dark circles.
To conceal any redness and blemishes that are still visible, I’m using Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in the shade Ginger and to blend it in I’m using again, my damp Beauty Blender.
Then to set the concealer and my T-Zone area, I’m applying Mac Mineralise Skin Finish Natural in the shade Medium Dark with a Zoeva 127 Luxe Sheer Cheek  Brush.
To contour and add warmth to my complexion as my tan is fading fast, I’m applying Marc Jacobs Beauty O!Mega Bronzer in Perfect Tan with a Zoeva 105 Highlight Cheek Brush.
For a hint of colour to the cheeks, I’m using a small amount of the Nyx Powder Blush in the shade Silky Rose because this stuff is seriously pigmented, and I’m using my Nars mini blush brush to apply it.
And finally for my lips, I’m going for a plummy tone and this one is just so easy to apply. It’s the Clinique Chubby Stick Intense Moisturising Lip Colour Balm in Grandest Grape.
And that’s it! A quick and easy makeup look for Autumn that won’t take anymore than 5 minutes to do which is perfect for days when you don’t have much time on your hands.
